What is the minimum stay?
7 nights minimum. Longer stays are welcome — contact us for weekly/monthly rates.
Is the pool heated?
Yes — both the pool and spa are heated and included in the rental rate.
Are pets allowed?
One well-behaved dog under 40 lbs is welcome with prior approval. A pet fee applies.
Is the home child-friendly?
Absolutely. A pack-n-play, high chair, and pool safety fence are available on request.
What are the check-in / check-out times?
Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 10am. Early/late arrangements subject to availability.
