Common questions
What is the minimum stay?
30 nights minimum — required by our HOA. Contact us for exact availability between January 15 and May 31, 2027.
What is the deposit and how does it work?
A $5,000 refundable security deposit is required. At end of stay, any electrical usage over $150 is deducted from the deposit. Biweekly housecleaning fees are also deducted. The remainder is returned promptly.
Is the pool heated?
Yes — both the pool and spa are heated. Electrical costs for heating beyond $150/month will be deducted from the deposit, so guests control how warm they keep them.
Does the grill or outdoor fireplace require propane tanks?
No — both the gas grill and outdoor fireplace run off an underground tank that we keep full. No propane tanks to swap or refill.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Please mention your pet when inquiring.
Is there housecleaning?
Yes — biweekly professional housecleaning is included. The fee is deducted from the security deposit at end of stay. Pool service and outdoor plant maintenance are also conducted weekly, and pest control monthly.
What recreational equipment is available?
Fishing poles, beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, pool floats, noodles, pool chairs, men's and women's golf clubs, and men's and women's bicycles — all available for your use at no extra charge.
Is the golf cart available?
No — the golf cart will be stored and locked in the garage for the duration of the rental.
Is there an office/workspace?
Yes — there's a dedicated home office with a desk, two chairs, HP printer/scanner, and high-speed WiFi. The office also contains a king Murphy bed, which folds out to sleep two additional guests.
Is there a security system?
Yes — the home has a security system and guests will be provided full access codes.
